Requirements:

Qualifications

Minimum three years experience with enterprise conference room AV design, installation and project management
Experience with Crestron, QSC, Extron, Logitech, Poly, Zoom Room, Teams and WeBex
Experience with AV mixer, video mixer and DSP
Experience with speaker management and specification
Experience with live sound, recording and podcasting
Experience in designing AV automation system
Understanding basic networking TCP/IP
Understanding basic API programming
Understanding video editing and live streaming
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
Motivated team player with positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to troubleshoot in the field when needed, and conduct diagnostics to successfully problem-solve

Responsibilities

Lead AV project installation by working closely with partners / end users, project managers and vendors to obtain scope of project, budgetary estimates, quotes, design and integration services
Troubleshoot general AV systems, i.e.
Zoom Rooms, Media Walls, Sound Masking, PA Systems, Room Schedulers
Ability to troubleshoot remotely or in the field when needed
Reading and comprehending line drawings, floor-plans and ceiling plans
Install, configure and troubleshoot Zoom video conference systems
Travel to project sites to supervise and assist AV installation by vendor
In charge of project deliverables and project specifications
Communicate effectively with end users, project managers, general contractors and AV vendors
Proactively stay current with emerging AV Technology
